Bogdana and Adrian Popescu became members of the Cluj Bar in 1998 and specialise in civil law, business law and administrative law.

Over the years, they were joined by young lawyers, who worked with them as  interns at first and then became  lawyers.

At the moment, the team is formed of: Bogdana Fulvia Popescu, Adrian Liviu Popescu, Daiana Ramona Sasaeac, Petru Varga and Ioana Baraian.

We carry out our activity in a dynamic legislative environment, so that continuous professional developement and study are indispensable to successful law practitioners.

The reputation of the team stems from the thorough education of each member, from the courage to tackle challenges from a new perspective, consistency and the seriousness with which we carry out our activity.

We are proponents of the idea of partnership between lawyer and client and believe that a fruitful collaboration is based on respecting the law and the professional ethics, as well as on trust, communication and efficiency.

We believe that legal assistance requires first of all, the honest briefing of the client regarding the factual situation and the legal issues on which our opinion was requested.
